I came across this card recently, all I know is what's printed on it. I don't know if it's a one-off card or part of a larger set. I'm not sure if the reference to Blue Cross (Cruz Azul) has any importance. Paulino Alcántara played for FC Barcelona from 1912 to 1927, except for a couple of years playing for the Bohemian Sporting Club in the Philippines.
