Some time ago I included a cutting from an Italian magazine with this exact same illustration - Corriere dei Piccoli (Italy) - Campionato Mondiale di Calcio (02) - Brasile, though this is a postcard. There is nothing on it to identify the publisher so I've tagged it with the name of the magazine that used the illustration in 1966. I do not know whether the other teams are also available in this format.
