24 teams
Phil Wells has provided a photo of this shop display showing 24 different badges. The 22 clubs feature in the First Division in 1969-70. A variation is known for the Leeds United badge which is just black and white and there are at least two other teams available - Huddersfield Town and Leicester City. Both teams were champions of the Second Division in the following two seasons. It is possible the other two promoted teams, Blackpool (1969-70) and Sheffield United (1970-71) may also exist.
