A sticker that may or may not be produced by B.A.B. or Northern Trancessories but I haven't come across this type of design before.
UPDATE (04-10-2020 00:09): Martin Bennett has provided a photo of a Southampton sticker, that is slightly different and shown here for comparisson. Others like the Southampton one can be seen here - B.A.B. - Circular Football stickers (02).
UPDATE (31-10-2020 10:08): Phil Wells has confirmed that the Liverpool sticker was issued by Northern Trancessories.
