Paul Bowditch has provided scans of this item with six images that seems to be a proof sheet, each images measures 50mm x 92mm and it's currently featured on eBay. The original paintings are by Fred S. Howard and they have been shown on my blog previously, as they were issued as a set of six postcards in the early 1900's by Misch & Co. - Misch & Co. - The Footballers ~ Series 445 (Postcards) (02). Paul thinks this sheet originates from France.
