Topps (Spain) - Escudos - 1962-63 (Chicle Bazoka)

1962-63
Escudos
Topps / Chicle Bazoka
Spain
48 (?) transfers

Each measures approximately 6cm x 7½cm, doesn't include the club name and the legend Chicle Bazoka is printed near the bottom of the transfer.
UP Langreo were founded in the summer of 1961 following the merger of two local teams. Their first season in the Tercera División (14 groups of 16 teams) saw them promoted to the Segunda División, so I presume, rightly or wrongly, that 1962-63 is the earliest season that this set could have been produced. But to confuse matters slightly Atlético Ceuta were relegated to the Tercera División at the end of the 1961-62 season.

1st row:  Athletic de Bilbao, Elche CF, Atlético Osasuna
2nd row:  Real Oviedo, Sevilla FC, Valencia CF
3rd row:  Real Valladolid, Atlético Baleares, Burgos CF
4th row:  UP Langreo, Hércules CF, UD Las Palmas
5th row:  Atlético Ceuta
