The backs of the cards include the following information 2018 PANINI - PRIZM WORLD CUP SOCCER, making it easy to identify which collection the cards come from. But there's a problem! The cards designated as being The Road to the World Cup Signatures actually have 2017-18 PANINI - PRIZM SOCCER as the name of the collection. These cards are the only ones in the Prizm World Cup Soccer collection that have on-card autographs. The fronts of the cards don't included the name of the cards but do include the logo Panini used in 2017 for their "Road to..." series of cards and stickers. The cards also have © 2017 Panini America, Inc. Printed in the USA printed on the back whereas all the other cards have © 2018 Panini America, Inc. Printed in the USA instead.
It seems that Panini America intended to release a 2017-18 Prizm Soccer collection last year?
