I came across these recently. I suppose they could be thought of as a sort of cross-over between matchday programmes and collector cards. The 4 page 'card' usually includes details of one of the players, with a portrait or action shot on the front and a biography on page 4, whilst the middle two pages include details of the fixture and full squad details for both teams.

Panini America - 2015 Father's Day

2015
2015 Father's Day
Panini
USA
24 base cards (1 football in Elements)

Every Fathers Day there's a surge in sales at card shops across America, with collectors trying to get their hands on special Fathers Day cards from Panini. A couple of years ago (2012) there were some cards of the U.S. women's football team included. Last year there weren't any football cards and it's the same this year, unless you count the card shown above - Kobe Bryant heading a football. There may be parallel cards too, more news when if it becomes available.
UPDATE (08-06-2015):  Theo Reiker has just reminded me, last year we did have a football themed Father's Day set: the Prizm World Cup "Limited Edition" parallel set (all base cards numbered to 7), with "Limited Edition" printed to the front and the serial number printed to the back of the cards.

Elements
PARALLEL: Elements - Autographs
PARALLEL: Elements - Crystal Shards (Cracked Ice) - #/25
PARALLEL: Elements - Pyramid - #/10
PARALLEL: Elements - HyperPlaid - 1/1
PARALLEL: Elements - Decoy (Thick card stock) - /50

I have added these scans to the post that I intend to be an illustrated checklist - Maynards Confectionery - MAY-030/MCR-2 Football Club Colours (2), though there are still three cards missing from the 17 known to exist.
