6 known

I don't know anything about this set. Only 6 cards are known, the Puddefoot card includes an inscription 'Sport & General' and I've always wondered if that was a magazine. You can see the Clem Stephenson card on Roger Pashby's Huddersfield Town Cards & Stickers website and that card only has a photographers credit printed on the photo. The cards are unnumbered, have plain backs and are listed here in alphabetical order.

UPDATE (06-04-2017 14:42):  Bob Thomas just informed me that Sport & General refers to Sport & General Press Agency Ltd., London, which is the source of some of the images used.
UPDATE (23-01-2023 19:00):  A scan of the Andy Wilson card added, thanks to CardHawkUK. All six cards can now be seen on my blog by following the links in the checklist below.
UPDATE (23-01-2023 19:56):  Nigel at CardHawkUK has noticed that some cards are coloured. I've added his scan of the Syd Puddefoot card and I've also added his scan of the coloured version of the Robert McNeil card to the post that is linked below.

Winston 'Sporties' - WIN-110b Internationals

1940s
WIN-110b Internationals
Winston 'Sporties'
64 cards

These cards are similar to the Torry Gillick Internationals issued by S&B Products. I believe the checklist is the same, but these cards are numbered differently. I only have card numbers for a few cards. The illustrations are not to scale, the smaller picture shows the S&B Products version of the Wilf Mannion card. The set was reprinted recently.
UPDATE (24-10-2015):  Two cards that were included in the list of known cards have been identified and placed in the numbered checklist. Thanks to Roger Pashby for providing this information.
UPDATE (08-02-2016):  Bob Peden has provided the card number for the Billy Liddell card.
