I'm not sure if this is a supplement as such, but this illustration comes from The Sketch, dated 6 February, 1895 showing a full length captioned picture - 'Miss Nettie Honeyball, Captain of the British Ladies' Football Club, in her Football Costume.' The overall size is 14" x 10", with and the image itself being 9.75" x 6.5".
