I am not sure when Lipton Tea produced this souvenir poster, I've little knowledge of the players so it's been difficult to try and identify any of them. The club only existed for three season - 1978 to 1980, plus the 1979-80 NASL Indoor competition, before moving to Jacksonville as the Jacksonville Tea Men.

Tony Brown joined them from West Brom in the Summer of 1980 but he's not on there so its got to be before then as he was with them when they became Jacksonville Tea Men
ReplyDeleteHi Phil, Yeah, I've no idea of the date but I knew they relocated for 1981. It could still be 1980 though as the NASL had been going for a month by the time the First Division's last round of fixtures took place at the beginning of May.
