UPDATE (06-02-2024 10:16):  I have started to add scans of packets. The last two designs for the Extreme Limited Edition cards don't exist, they were created for promotional purposes only. Using these mock-ups is probably better than showing the actual white packets. The actual packets are shown as the second and third packets.
