This box came yesterday [Tue 5th Dec] and provided exactly 500 keeps and 100 swaps - purchased on Black Friday when there was a 20% discount on anything from the Panini website so it only cost me £79.20. Plus there were two green parallels in a separate packet. Also one - just one - of the stickers in the regular 120 packets was a gold parallel.
