? cards

Bardou-Job produced cigarette papers and was originally founded by Jean Bardou in 1838. He signed his work with his initials 'JB' but with a star between them and eventually replaced the star with a diamond - J◊B. Customers began to read this as JOB. In the 1930's they produced cards of footballers. This is a partial list but I have no idea how many cards were issued. I've found four different back designs, there may be more but I have no idea if these have any significance. I've shown three cards for each of the different back types. I don't know if these are vari-backed (each card only has one back design) and multi-backed (cards can be found with more than one back design).
