Il y a eu un amusant procès entre LA VACHE QUI RIT et LA VACHE SERIEUSE qui a été obligée de changer de nom pour devenir LA VACHE GROSJEAN, et ce pour atteinte au nom commercial par dérision....

Delete"The Cow War" ended in 1959 with the conviction of LA VACHE SERIEUSE by the Court of Cassation for "replying by contrast".

DeleteYes, we learn this ruling in the Law faculties on property. It would be wise to bring together in the list LA VACHE SERIEUSE and LA VACHE GROSJEAN since the second is only the continuation of the first...
