This advert is taken from the current issue of Jugón magazine published in Spain (No. 186). It announces that the next issue will include a free FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 album and two packets of stickers.
The stickers they show have white panels behind the players though it's unlikely that the stickers will look like these. They will more than likely look like the stickers from the 670 sticker version with full blue backgrounds.
