Issue 36 of Plug comic, dated 17 May, 1978 included a World Cup Wall Chart in the centre of the comic. Issues 28 to 36 included a "sticker" printed in a corner of the centre pages, but no player photos, just cartoon characters. These were intended to be cut out and pasted on the Wall-Chart. I don't have a complete list and the only images I have got of them are too small to include here.
