Bob Thomas has been in touch and he's discovered that the first token was printed on Saturday, 4 April, 1970 and the last token was on Saturday, 3 October, 1970. He also supplied this print from the newspaper dated November 21, 1970 with an updated list of prints. The list adds a couple of names to the original list (that can be found here - Liverpool Echo - Liverpool & Everton Star Players (1970-71)). Although it was planned to produce 13 from each club it seems that only 10 Liverpool and 12 Everton prints were available.
