Martin Bennett sent in scans of this sheet asking if I might be able to identify it. I've haven't been able to but it must comes from a football magazine published towards the latter part of 1969-70 season as the Alan Ball biography mentions his probable involvement in the 1970 World Cup team.
The pages are meant to be folded in half and compiled to form a booklet. I've included some similar booklets that have been compiled from magazines like Shoot, Tiger and Roy of the Rovers and we are hoping that someone will recognise them and be able to provide more information.
