In 2004 Pepsi used a number of different sporting celebrities to help promote some of their products. They chose Freddy Adu to represent MLS and I've already included scans of a promotional card that was issued at the time - Upper Deck - Freddy Adu (Pepsi / Sierra Mist). This sticker was also issued around the same time.
