Back in April 2017 this collection won the award for the Best Global Sports Product at the 2017 Industry Summit. The 2018 Industry Summit took place in Dallas between 26 and 28 February and the closing ceremony concluded with the Industry Summit Awards. Panini America picked up a total of nine, including Best Global Sports Product for their 2016-17 Select Soccer release. All trading card manufacturers and their products were eligible for the awards. I don't know how the product managed to win the awar for 2017 and 2018, perhaps it has something to do with the fact that only 10 months had passed between the two events.
