UPDATE (01-10-2017 13:37):  The back of a promo packet added along with the four different colour versions of the packets that include exclusive International Star cards. Thanks to John Levitt for the scans.
UPDATE (06-10-2017 13:22):  Four different packets which contain Limited Edition cards and are available with the Multipacks have been added, along with a packet from the Starter Pack.
UPDATE (20-10-2017 14:35):  I've added five scans from the promotional packets that include a guaranteed Limited Edition card - all four colour variations and the back of the packet. Thanks to John Levitt for some of the scans.
UPDATE (25-10-2018 18:16):  Martin Bennett has provided scans of a packet from Thailand.

    there is also all 4 versions of 5 card limited edition, and there is also a 9 card limited Yellow

    What is the U card and why is it not on the checklist?
