After nine months Marek Jakubina has kindly provided a scan of a Santi Cazorla Signature card, it's the first such Cazorla card I have seen. It's been added to the illustrated checklist which can be seen here - Panini America - UEFA Euro 2016 Prizm (05) - Signatures.
UPDATE (23-04-2018 16:12): The Santi Cazorla card is not available as Orange and Gold parallels. Thanks to Marek Jakubina.
