The lowest number known is 347. A previous series of postcards were numbered 333 and these were team groups. The highest number known is 356. All the known players are from the two Sheffield clubs - United and Wednesday. Can anyone help identify the missing postcards?

Hello Alan, Hope all is well. Number 353 is Bernard Wilkinson (Sheffield United). The photographer Jasper Redfern was the official photographer of both United and Wednesday, so these could all be of the two Sheffield clubs. I've seen numbers 350, 353 and 354 and the photographs are identical to the Ogden Base M series (Priest and Wilkinson) and Ogden's Our Leading Footballers (Needham). All the best, Paul
