Earlier this month a TV series about Marco van Basten was launched on Videoland. Voetbal International magazine number 35 (dated 2 September, 2026) included a packet of stickers and the magazine featured a page to stick them on. It is a four-page album but it's just pages from the magazine with a front cover, centre pages and back cover.
A successful way to promote a new television series about one of the top players in the world in the 1980's and early 1990's, it's just too bad his career ended at such a young age. He played his last game at the age of 28 and by that time he won the Ballon d'Or three times. He also won the European Cup Winners' Cup with Ajax, two European Cups with AC Milan and Euro 88 with the Netherlands.
