The Royal Mail recently issued this set of 10 stamps. As is their custom, they also issued postcards depicting each of the stamps, as shown above. Also illustrated is the 'filler' card that is included in the First Day Cover.
Please forgive my indulgence, but one of the stamps features Dylan Thomas, one of my heroes. Please take the time to listen to him reading one of his most famous poems.

A set of 11 cards have been issued by Westminster Collections in a Limited Edition of 950 sets. Each cards includes 6 stamps of the featured player. The stamps were issued in the United Kingdom on 9 May this year.
The Post Office has also issued a set of 11 postcards, each one showing one stamp of a Football Hero.
John Charles is my Football Hero, so I've used his card to illustrate this collection.
