Deletei dont understand why the collection for the world cup that will start in august is being released in february? the squads aren't set, we don't know which teams will qualify through playoffs etc. feels like a very odd decision from panini to not make this the road to collection and release the actual wc collection 2-3 months before the tournament as they have always done
ReplyDeleteAgreed, it's way too early for this set to come out. It's also far too big and it will be an expensive undertaking to collect even the basic checklist cards. Presumably it is being released now because it looks like the sticker collection will be out in May and so there is no time for a "road to" collection. The sticker collection will be something like 1000 stickers, which is utterly ridiculous.
DeleteI can't see myself collecting either of them at the moment.
