I'm not sure if this card was issued in Colombia, but I think it's likely. This calendar card features Andrés Escobar who was murdered on 2 July 1994, just days after Colombia were knocked out of the World Cup. He scored an own goal for the United States, in a game Colombia lost 2-1, which meant they couldn't qualify for the knockout stages.
