Excuse me being a little self-indulgent - I have an obsession with the early American cigarette cards sets that include the odd Football card. These cards feature the same designs as the D. Buchner & Co. cards from the Morning Glory Maidens and Musical Instruments series, but without captions. The Cricket card can be seen above, along with a few other examples, and it's possible the Football card has also been included in this set but I haven't been able to track one down so far.
