I had the opportunity to purchase a wallet for the Cup Soccer 71 booklets that were featured earlier. I thought the wallet would be similar to the ones produced with D.C. Thomson comics in the 1950s and 1960s. How wrong could I be! The wallet is made of sturdy cardboard, it includes 8 pages about the prospects for the campaign's cup fighters and even includes a page on the Scottish Cup, even though the booklets ignore Scottish teams. It measures a whopping 357mm x 241mm, thats 14" x 9½" in old money.
