D.C. Thomson / The Skipper
12 stickers

I've had an e-mail from Gary Probert wanting to know more about some items that have just appeared on eBay.
The Skipper comic/story-paper issued on 3 June, 1939 (No. 457) included a 24 page booklet, while a sheet of 12 illustrations, that were intended to be cut out and stuck on the relevant space on the booklet pages, was given away free the following week. Here is the checklist:

1.  Hanson (Chelsea)
2.  Lawton (Everton)
3.  Dawson (Rangers)
4.  Sproston (Man City)
5.  Cullis (Wolves)
6.  Joy (Arsenal)

Bouldens Match Co. - Carshalton Athletic Football Club

1990s
Carshalton Athletic Football Club
Bouldens Match Co., Southampton
15 matchbox labels

A collection of 15 matchbox labels of Carshalton Athletic's first team squad. I've presumed they were produced in the 1990s, as the club had a successful spell in the first half of the decade, but they could have been produced earlier. Are there any football phillumenists able to help with information. 9 of the labels are shown above. A fan of the club would probably recognise some of the players.

These small cards are very rare and first came to light in Football Card Collectors Magazine no. 31. The only thing printed on the back is the words 'Free with K.H.A.'. I've no idea what K.H.A. related to. 19 subjects are listed here, do you know of any others? Just poor photocopies for the illustrations.
I would be interested in purchasing the Cardiff City cards in this collection.

Unknown number

These were given away with the clubs programme throughout the 1936-37 season, which would make a minimum of 21 photos, more if they played any cup ties and included photos with those programmes too. It's presumed that the three team photos were given away in the programmes for those particular games. I don't have any illustrations at this point, if someone can provide one or two I'll gladly display them here.
UPDATE (30-11-2020 13:42):  Mike Rundle has kindly provided scans of three of the programme inserts, it's nice to be able to see what they look like. This has also allowed me to updated the title of the collection.

These postcards were produced by the Crystal Palace Supporters Club to raise funds. Merlin/Topps, Panini - Ryan Giggs

1991-2014
Ryan Giggs
Merlin/Topps, Panini
22 stickers, 1 photo

To celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the Premier League recently, Merlin/Topps produced a display of all Ryan Giggs' stickers issued in the Premier League sticker collections. I decided to go one better, and also include the first two stickers of Ryan Giggs, issued by Panini in their Football 92 and Football 93 collections. I have also added a publicity photo of Ryan Giggs for this current season. It's possible that Giggs will not be included in this years Premier League sticker collection. If he is, I'll replace the publicity photo with a copy of the actual sticker.
