Match Attax cards are included with Cadbury Dairy Milk and Crunchie Blast ice creams on a stick. The ice creams come 3 or 4 in a pack and that determines how many cards are inside the box, either 3 or 4. The cards seem to feature the same players that were included in the Match of the Day Preview Pack (a list of these cards can be found here - Topps - Match Attax 2018/19 (024) - Match of the Day Preview Pack), but the Cadbury cards are slightly different as they don't have the glossy sheen found on cards from regular packets. I've scanned three cards from the Cadbury boxes and the same three cards from regular packets. Even though there's an obvious difference when you place the cards side by side my scanner wasn't able to show the sheen on the regular cards. The Cadbury cards are on the left and the regular cards are on the right.
On a personal note I am looking for a Josh Murphy (Cardiff City) card from the Cadbury promotion and I have a few cards available for trade - the three cards shown above plus Tom Davies (Everton), Demarai Gray (Leicester City) and Heung-Min Son (Spurs).
UPDATE (03-11-2018 17:22): Thanks to some very helpful collectors I now have the Josh Murphy card and a real bonus, an unopened packet with John Murphy as the top card.
UPDATE (30-11-2018 17:42): Scan of the Caramel pack added, thanks to John Levitt. That's all three of the varieties shown.

ReplyDeletecards can also be found in Caramel packs as well. All my cards came from 4 ice lolly packs of Dairy Milk, Crunchie and Caramel. The card backs do not have the gloss either.
I have the following cards 31, 47, 97, 114, 189, 193, 212, 232, 305, 333 and two duplicates 232 and 305.

Thanks John, didn't see the Caramel packs (which is fortunate as I'm eating far too much ice cream all of a sudden). Those numbers all coincide with the cards from the Match of the Day preview pack.
