Trevor Cotterell has some further information about these cards:
I do not have any of these, nor the white Portsmouth Open series cards you require info for. I have taken the information out of dealers stock-lists, who are both no longer in business. The information given about the Portsmouth open series white cards with club badge is as follows:- It does not state 'Pheonix', but it does not tie up with the green series, nor does it tie up with the Victory Blend series. It lists the nine cards you have listed in its later catalogues, but in an earlier one it lists ten others. Could this be a series of 20?
So, probably a series of 20 and still one name missing...

They are printed on normal paper. There was also a series of 20 cards on green paper, but I believe these were printed on white paper. I don't have a scan of these cards to show you, but there's just one missing from the checklist.
