Firstly, the Leaf Gum World Cup 1990. These were issued as singles and doubles and I can add Steve Nicol (Scotland), Gary Lineker (England) and Jurgen Klinsmann (Germany). By the way Hysen is Swedish not Dutch (oops - Alan).
