Tim Thornham is Research Chairman of The Cartophilic Society of Great Britain and he's also editor of the Society magazine, Card World. He's been looking into V.C.C. and has discovered the full name of the company, thanks to an advert in The Eastern Post and City Chronicle dated Saturday, February 22, 1919. He has very kindly provided a scan of the advert, which appeared in a number of issues that year. So V.C.C. is actually The Victoria Confectionery Co., based at 71 Roman Road in East London.
