UPDATE (09-01-2025 21:30):  Only two cards today, I wonder if this collection has come to an end? These two cards are priced at £8.75 each, with no discount for buying both cards!!! I hadn't noticed the price hike until a couple of comments came through this morning. Crazy!!!

  2. As well as only releasing two cards this week instead of three, Topps seem to have upped the price of these cards from £4.99 each to £8.75 each - which is a huge price increase that will surely kill off this collection of increasingly obscure players for good. There's not even any discounted rate to buy both of this weeks cards together in a bundle - if you want them it's £21 (with the postage), which is way over the top for two small pieces of cardboard.

    1. I hadn't noticed the sharp increase in the card prices. I had another look just now in case they'd made a mistake and amended them.

  3. Cards are even more expensive this week than last week's drastic price hike - now £8.99 each - and still no discount for buying both together. I bet the print runs have dropped quite a bit - where can that information be found? With the postage costs added it used to be 3 cards a week for £15.50 [so the cards cost £5.17 each]. This week it's 2 cards for £21.50 [making the cards £10.75 each] - so they've more than doubled in price since Christmas. In other news, Topps haven't even sent any cards out for 5 weeks now [#749 is the highest number they've sent out].

    1. I didn't realise they up'ed the price again. I saw they were £8-something but didn't look too closely. I have been unable to find print-runs for recent cards. Topps just seem to be interest in making money, more so now than ever.
