This Heart Chart booklet was issued in Jackie magazine, probably in 1969, but I don't know which issue. To create the booklet pages needed to be removed from the magazine, cut as indicated and then folded and compiled into the booklet. Heart Chart booklets were also issued by Jackie in other years, including 1972 and 1977. This one includes a page with four images of George Best.
