This seems to be the German equivalent of the England 2024 album which is due out on 11 April, 2024 and another response to Topps getting the license for the Euro 2024 tournament. It's possible similar albums will be issued in France, Italy and Spain. Currently listed as 'coming soon'...
UPDATE (18-04-2024 21:43): Jamie Pragnell has found a website that lists 14 May, 2024 as the release date.
