From a time when racially defined teams were the norm in South Africa. Black players played for black teams, white players played for white teams, though black teams and white teams played each other. These cards are cut from packaging but I'm not sure what Punch was, it might have been some form of detergent. The small action figure was meant to be cut out and pasted on a special wallchart that was available to buy at local stores or could be cut from the 1kg pack of Punch.
UPDATE (19-05-2019 09:22):  Punch was a washing powder, thanks to a comment below.
