Topps - Match Attax Extra 2017/18 (08) - Checklist

2017-18
Match Attax Extra 2017/18
Topps
220+ cards

Topps have been providing a few sneak peaks at the cards that will feature in this collection. I thought it was about time I gathered all this information in one place. This post will be the checklist and it will be updated as new information is received until the checklist is complete. Thanks to Josh Palmer for providing details of another dozen cards.
UPDATE (07-03-2018 13:58):  A few more cards added to the illustrations. I've also added the list of Match Attax Live Code Cards - they seem similar to the ones from the original Match Attax collection, but these have a different card number. I have included all of the original 32 cards but it will interesting to see if any have been amended following recent transfers. The cards also have different backs.
UPDATE (07-03-2018 14:27):  Tankerton1 has provided another 50 cards to add to the checklist.
UPDATE (07-03-2018 17:17):  Thanks to safariman for three more names - U13, UC32 and MA16.  ...and MM2.
UPDATE (07-03-2018 21:14):  A few more cards added to the list and the 100 Club section is now complete, and thanks to bibster for another half dozen names.
UPDATE (08-03-2018 07:21):  Another 5 added, thanks again to bibster.
UPDATE (08-03-2018 11:31):  Roy Hancock has provided another 16 names and Martin Bennett has added a further couple and I've added details of three different Vincent Kompany Limited Edition cards.
UPDATE (08-03-2018 17:44):  Another four cards added.
UPDATE (08-03-2018 18:44):  Alan Wilson has provided another 19 names this evening.
10x Squad Updates, 3x Extra Boost, 4x New Signings, 3x Record Breakers, 7x Magic Moments and 21x Man of the Match still missing.
There are also some descriptions still to find in the Record Breakers and Magic Moments sections.
I've added all the Captains, but these need to be checked when the cards become available
UPDATE (09-03-2018 12:26):  Tankerton1 and Phil A have provided some more names, so 8 more cards have been identified and the Thierry Henry Gold Limited Edition now has a card number.
UPDATE (09-03-2018 14:50):  PhilD from FootballCardsDirect has provided another 5 names.
UPDATE (09-03-2018 17:21):  Thanks to bibster for confirming where to find the Thierry Henry Limited Edition cards and also although a Eden Hazard Limited Edition card features on the back of the Match Attax Live code cards the card doesn't appear in the collection. Thanks also to JDRX.
UPDATE (09-03-2018 21:27):  Links added to the headings for the Limited Edition cards that take you to an illustrated checklist of all 15 cards and a link also added to the 100 Club illustrated checklist.
UPDATE (10-03-2018 14:09):  Theo Walcott added to the New Signings section which completes that particular part of the checklist, thank to JDRX; Tankerton1 has also confirmed that the Huddersfield Town Match Attax Live Code Card is Laurent Depoitre, Mark Hudson featured on the original card even though Laurent Depoitre is the Pro11 card.

UPDATE (12-03-2018 12:15):  New section added - Golden Boot Winners., the cards are included in packets of Cadbury's Heroes chocolates.
UPDATE (12-03-2018 15:47):  Except for the Golden Boot Winners, the checklist is now complete.
UPDATE (12-03-2018 19:41):  Most of the section headings include links to illustrated checklists, the only ones that don't have illustrated checklists are the Golden Boot Winners and the Match Attax Live Code Cards sections.
UPDATE (15-03-2018 14:35):  Limited Edition Match Attax Live Code Cards added to the checklist - thank Phil A. I have added five cards but confirmation is needed for four of them. Still need confirmation for a Thierry Henry Limited Edition Match Attax Live Code Card.

    1. Hi Roger,

I seen someone on eBay claiming that there are Manager cards but I haven't seen anything official. The backs of the packets mention different inserts but there's no mention of Manager cards.

  11. Hi Alan.

Picked up the starter pack today. You are missing the Match Attax Live cards for the Limited Editions.

    Alexis Sanchez is PLX18-UKL01

Im assuming the others will be

    Kane - PLX18-UKL02
    Salah - PLX18-UKL03
    Kompany - PLX18-UKL04
Henry - PLX18-UKL05 (If they do one)

    1. Hi Phil,

Thanks for letting me know - I meant to add a note in one of my updates to say that there will probably LE code cards too, but I was going to wait for confirmation before adding them. I'll leave off the Thierry Henry one for now or I might add it and make a note to say it needs to be confirmed.

      Cheers,

      Alan

    1. Hi Bossdad,

When I compiled it I just presumed all 32 cards were issued, but I think you are right, there's just the 31 basic ones plus the LE cards and I'm not sure if Thierry Henry is included in those.

  13. Hi,

    U35 should be Chris Smalling
    U36 Marcus Rojo

They are the wrong way round

    1. Hi Martin,

Hero back listing is the code cards. Golden Boot cards will be in packets of Cadbury's Heroes chocolates, due out at the beginning of April.

    1. Hi Wayne,

The Cadbury Heroes packets should be on sale from this week in Asda, Morrisons & Co-op, but I suppose they won't put them on the shelves until old stock has been sold. I haven't seen any of the cards on eBay yet.

  18. Topps tell me bronze Sanchez is available with print me offer. No news on bronze kompany. Still looking for the sweets .

  19. I have been told bronze kompany limited edition is only obtainable from print me on line and Sanchez is only obtainable if you spend £25 with topps on line. They tell me you can purchase the golden boot cards with them on line at end of may. Hope that all makes sense. Great website regards mark

  21. Mysterious how the Daniel Sturridge card shows him wearing the previous season's West Brom kit - ie the 2016/17 season kit, with white sleeves. I guess because he played so few games for West Brom that they had to stick his head on an old players body.

And why did Jermain Defoe at Bournemouth get to be a MOTM card in the regular collection and then again in the Extra collection ?

  22. Hi I’m new to match attax and wondered where to put the cards with letters and numbers. If anyone could help would be much appreciated

    1. Hi Michael,

There are two different collections each season - Match Attax and Match Attax Extra. Each has it's own Stater Pack and each Stater Pack includes a Collector Binder.

      I hope this helps,

      Alan

  23. Hi Tony,

Thanks for the information. If you could send a scan of the Pogba card that would be great, thank you.

    Cheers,
