Topps ran a competition on their Facebook page over Christmas. The lucky winner got a goody bag and the five runners-up each won a signed John Stones card. Thanks to trokes for the photo. I presume that there was also a signed card with the goody bag, so that makes 6 of these rare cards in existence.
