These rosettes came to my attention recently. I've been compiling information on the collectable card and paper items included with the Glasgow newspapers the Evening Citizen and Evening Times in the 1960's and early 1970's and have never come across these before. The cards measure 120mm x 80mm. If you know of others, please get in touch.
