Football cards and stickers issued around the world, from the 1880's to the present day and even some that haven't been issued yet. I don't have any cards for sale, nor do I provide valuations, this blog is just a means of passing on information I have gathered over many decades of collecting. Alan Jenkins.

Unknown card - Tottenham Hotspur v Liverpool
1972-73 Tottenham Hotspur v Liverpool - Football League Cup 5th Round Replay
I can't really give this card a title, I've no idea what it is. I found it being offered on eBay but couldn't get any further details. I don't know if it's a one-off, or part of a set. It shows the programme cover on the front and the team line-up page on the back. Strange.

1 known
As far as I am aware this rare card is the only one known from this issuer. The cards are very similar to those issued by Bunsen and Barratt in the 1920s. If you know of any others please get in touch.

Wolverhampton Chronicle - Wolves Players Badges
1968-69
WOL-080 / Badges of Wolverhampton Wanderers players
Wolverhampton Chronicle
12 badges
Badges rather than cards this time, but these were given away by a newspaper so they have been included in Cartophilic Society reference books. 13 is an unusual number for a set, I've always wondered if there are more out there waiting to be recorded.
UPDATE (03-02-2026 14:49): The list has been amended to just 12 badges, John Richards has been removed, thanks to an anonymous comment.

Considering this set was issued in the 1930's, it's surprising how rare the cards are. 17 cards are listed here, so 3 missing. The illustration above shows the Glasgow Rangers card, with an opposition player in the background in Celtic colours.
