The cards are not numbered but the card numbers, where they are included in the checklist, come from Jim Hossack's catalogues that were produced around the turn of the millenium.
UPDATE (09-09-2026 09:50): Richard White has provided scans of the Promo card. The reverse of the Promo card states that there were 100 copies produced, but according to Jim Hossack's catalogue only 10 copies were issued.
