While searching the internet you may come across this set, but it doesn't exist as such. I'm probably being a bit pedantic, as it is the translation for the title of the collection. These cards appear as a subset in a number of collections issued by Bruguera:

The year of issue is probably incorrect and is more likely to be 1939-40. The publishing company El Gato Negro (The Black Cat) changed it's name to Bruguera in 1939 and the first few Cromos Cultura albums can be found published by El Gato Negro and Bruguera.
