A Topps announcement yesterday afternoon:
The biggest league in world football is coming to the most dynamic card game in the sport. The Premier League will be officially joining Topps Total Football for the 2025/26 season, delivering a new level of intensity, collectability, and strategic play for fans across the globe!
I'm not sure if that means there's be two separate collections this season.
There will be about 20 collections!
ReplyDeleteAs for 1,000+ cards - I wonder if there are 1,000 plus 15 different parallels of the 1,000 making a nice 15,000 total!
I've just finished sorting the Premier League 2026 mass market collection (until they launch a Match Attax Premier League version anyway) and the total counts appears to be 7,804 cards! I'm going to need to mow the lawn a few times and cross my fingers for Christmas! :-)
My Facebook group seems to be mostly concerned with Topps not numbering the pages in the folder. Topps (Fanatics) don't expect anybody to need them because they assume everyone will collect like Americans - for example - every version of Emi Martinez, all the Chrome Kings, the Sunderland squad in Green Parallel and of course every version of Diogo Jota (for memorial purposes, definitely not profit!).
