The Heritage set is based on the W.A. & A.C. Churchman set of Footballers from 1914-15 but there was a problem during the printing process. But Futera are aware of the problem:
"Discrepancies have been identified between the information featured on the front of the cards and the corresponding detail on the backs.
"Heritage was the only insert set not produced in-house (all other inserts are crafted in-house), and we’re working through the anomaly now. Thank you for your patience and we’ll provide an update through our social channels and mailers."
What they intend doing about it though is something else. Replacing them would be a logistical nightmare.
What I have found is, if you've got the Erling Haaland card with Alessandro Bastoni on the reverse and wanted to get the card with Erling Haaland on the reverse you'd need to look out for the Alessandro Bastoni card. It seems the front and back of one error card is the back and front of the opposite card, if that makes sense. Here is a list of all the cards and the names of the players you'll find on the reverse.

UPDATE (22-01-2024 14:16): Futera has now put a plan in place to replace error cards. I have copied this information from an e-mail sent by Futera. The website also includes a video showing what you must do if you have a card that you want replaced:
Heritage Card replacement process
Below are the steps for requesting replacement of Heritage Set cards where there is a discrepancy between the player featured on the front of the card and the card back information.
* The player on the front of the card is the card's registered player with its associated # number shown on the card back.. Note: the player bio on the back is the discrepancy.
Replacement cards will have the front player's bio on the card back.
* Replacement cards will be of the same rarity - being gold, turquoise, purple, green, blue, red or diamond foiled version, and will have the same foil number as the original card on the card back.
TERMS:
* You can use the same Submission Form to request more than one Heritage card replacement, but please make sure that each card is clearly featured in the Video attached to your submission.
* Requests can not be processed in the event of the video not showing a card clearly front & back or not showing the original card destroyed as outlined in the steps below.
* The replacement programme will run until April 2024 with submissions being processed on a month-to-month basis.
* Replacement Heritage card(s) associated with complete and valid Submission Forms will be despatched between 30-60 days from the processing period of the month in which the Submission Form was received. The replacement card(s) will be sent by international air mail.
* Beyond the production plant's cut-off date in April applicants can still submit Heritage card replacement requests through a self-prepaid postal process until further notice.
HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST
1) VIDEO: Take a video of the card clearly showing the front and back (turning the card round). Cut the card into at least two pieces - cutting through the foil number at the bottom of the card back - and show the cut card-back pieces. ESSENTIAL - THE CARD MUST BE CUT (DESTROYED)
2) SUBMISSION FORM: Complete the form below with the Heritage card details + your name, full address with post code, country and telephone number. Upload your VIDEO so that it attaches to your Submission Form (this is essential for processing).
