Panini - Adrenalyn XL Premier League 2024 (10) - 190-207 - Liverpool
I'm not saying there's large amounts of Photoshop involved in this collection (released 3 weeks before the season even starts), but there's not a sign of any tattoo on Luis Diaz's left arm on his base card seen above - but his large left arm tattoo is clearly visible on his Ultrasonic card in this same collection.
