UPDATE (28-11-2020 20:27): I was given some misleading information about this poster mainly because of the La Vache Qui Rit logo seen on the poster. Makhno has left a comment to say that this poster was inserted in the French edition of the Mexico 86 album.
The 25 stickers from La Vache Qui Rit belong to another marketing operation. On the poster, collectors are supposed to stick the 22 players that played in the final game of the tournament (Argentina & Germany).

Thank you Makhno, I was given some wrong information which seemed right with the La Vache Qui Rit logo on the poster. I've added an update and amended the post to show what it really is.
