I presume this one originates from the USA but I don't really know anything about this card, but if it's half as good as it looks...
UPDATE (13-09-2021 08:38): The creator has used Panini's Kaboom design so buyers beware. Thanks to Mitchell for pointing this out.

DeleteI don't agree, it's not fake, it exists. It's unlicensed and unofficial and is not of any value. Some Lionel Messi cards issued in Argentina are unlicensed, that's why they don't usually include details of the publisher, but they are sold and graded. The same goes for many cards issued in Eastern Europe and some Asian countries. To me, a fake is a counterfeit card, a cheap copy of an official card or sticker, created to scam collectors.

The person who make the card is counterfeiting Panini America’s Kaboom insert which is an official card. To me it’s an obvious counterfeit not just an unlicensed custom card.
